There is a belief that those offering prayers here will not
suffer in hell.
The most important puja offered in the temple is the Ayoosha
sooktham for long life and good health.
Another important ritual held here is the Ganda Deepam – devotees
pour oil into the lamp to mitigate sufferings.
The temple is located around 90 km north of Karimnagar.
