Philosophy Of Hindu Blog?
Self Realization.
All that is animate and inanimate in the universe we know
and in the universes we do not know is nothing but Brahman (Supreme Truth or
Pure consciousness). Brahman of Sanatana Dharma is not the God of monolithic
religions because That does not sit somewhere hidden with a remote control determining the
life of human beings.
To help and promote the attempt of each individual to
realize the divine within. Hindu religion is all about individual freedom to
search and find the Supreme Truth.
What is the aim of the Blog?
An attempt to learn the true teachings of Sanatana Dharma and share it. An attempt to learn and know about Hindu religion. Finding more about hidden Hindu symbolism, rituals, and pujas. To pass on the knowledge of Sanatana Dharma and to make heaven on earth (Vaikunta and Shivaloka are here on earth in the heart of the devotee) and to exit the world with dignity and without fear.
Hinduism believes in self-realization and not borrowed self-realization or by following a leader like a herd. Each individual should realize That (Brahman). Not by becoming a blind follower of another but through self-realization. This should happen without any external compulsion or constraint.
Hindu Blog advocates practical Hinduism and reformation in Hindu society, especially the eradication of the caste system and other social evils. Also believes that Hindu society should give more emphasis on equality, education and philanthropic activities.
Again, just because I am not comfortable with some aspects of practical Hinduism I am not going to ignore it. If some reader wants to know about a superstition I am going to write about it.
Everything about Hinduism will find a place in Hindu Blog.
Hinduism is the sum total of all attempts by individuals to know That Supreme Truth and 'Who am I. The attempts of all individuals need to be respected and given due space.

Motto Of Hindu Blog?
Help another Hindu or any individual who wants to be part of Sanatana Dharma and join in the quest of self realization. Help Hindus to overcome emotional, financial and psychological problems. No Hindu should commit suicide. No Hindu should surrender his beliefs and self respect to monolithic religions. Make Hindus realize that there are part of the greatest, ever-growing and most progressive civilization in the world.
Who is the author of the blog?
The blog is written by Abhilash Rajendran, a student of Sanatana Dharma and a professional blogger.
Why there are advertisements on the blog?
It is impossible for a blog to survive without revenue. Like all people, I also need to pay my bills. So a revenue source is a necessity. If I yoke the blog to some organization, it will lose its independent character.
For the blog to adhere to the true teachings of Sanatana Dharma, it needs to generate revenue on its own and therefore I display the advertisements.
And I do have control over the advertisements so if a reader finds something really offensive then I can always request Google to remove them.
How can I help the blog?
By reading it. Read the blog and find the errors. Mistakes will creep in as it is a single person maintained blog. Point out factual errors.
You can give post ideas. You can give a small hint or write up about something of your region or community associated with Hindu religion. We together can then develop it.
All ideas are welcome. We can discuss and execute them.
Spread the word and through linking.
Support Hindu Blog Financially
I have a small favor to ask. Hindu Blog takes a lot of time; money and hard work to publish daily. I have been publishing Hindu Blog for 18 years without a break. I have been managing the financial aspect of the blog with advertising revenues. But advertising revenues across the media are falling fast. We have never used any unethical practices like putting links or opening advertisement pop ups etc.
Hindu Blog is fiercely independent. We are not aligned to
any ashram, organization or political party. So we do not take money from any
source to publish the blog.
If you feel Hindu Blog has been beneficial to you in anyway,
you can help keep the blog alive by supporting it financially.
